Pricing Information

One subscription includes 12 issues (per year). Discounts are offered for multiple copy subscriptions as well as extended subscriptions (2-3 year subscription terms).

Note: Extended subscription discounts are applied to issue cost only: Annual shipping cost is not discounted.

Shipping pricing:

An annual shipping charge is applied to each unique address in an order. If you place an order for five copies to be sent to five unique addresses, a shipping charge will be applied for each address. If five copies are sent to one address, a single annual shipping cost will be applied to the total order. The shipping cost is based on number of unique shipping addresses.
